Handcrafted and hand-finished out of solid claro walnut, this one-of-a-kind huge cutting and serving board features a lovely feather figure that can used as an art piece on the wall when not in use.
The wood for this board was crafted out of figured walnut wood that was carefully selected, cut, smoothed, carved, and finished with mineral oil and beeswax before inlaying the raw brass logo - a long process that is done completely by hand. The beautiful colors and patterns of the wood grain make this board the ideal serving surface for cheeses or hors d'oeuvres while the sturdy composition of the walnut makes it ideal as a surface to cut bread or prepare dinner ingrediants. Over time, the brass logo inlay will develop a lovely patina along with the wood board surface, a reminder of all the wonderful meals prepared and enjoyed with family and friends.
