SHIPPING + RETURN POLICIES
In-stock product orders placed on the website will be shipped out within 5-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail which takes about 2-3 business days. Items marked "Made to Order" or "Preorder" will ship out according to the lead time listed on the product. The cost of shipping will be listed at checkout and will vary based on item and location where the item will be delivered.
If you require your package to be shipped faster than the offered shipping method, please reach out to email@example.com for a custom quote.
All of our items can be internationally shipped and we have sent our products around the world. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for a custom international shipping quote. If there is a product that you hope to purchase quickly before it goes out of stock, you can purchase the item and then choose "local pickup". After you place this order, please reach out via email and we can update the shipping address and send you the invoice for the international shipping charge.
Customers have the option to select local pickup in Mill Valley, California for their orders during checkout. After submitting your order, you will receive a email notification within the lead time stated on the product purchased to schedule your pick-up time slot. Please wait until you receive your email pickup confirmation to pick up since your order might not be ready yet.
Cutting + serving boards in new condition with original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Items after the 15 day timeframe will not be accepted.
Preorder items, clearance sale items, and second quality pieces are final sale and are non-refundable.
